Each year PIPs have amazing experiences performing together with PIPs from other groups. Those performing at an All Star performance have to meet discipline expectations and specific & difficult skill criteria.
The really cool part — other than getting to perform in front of thousands to tens of thousands of people — is that the All Star group is comprised of PIPs from about 5-12 different PIP groups. They have one 3-hour practice to put the performance together; and then perform—no pressure! lol
The focus they have is amazing.
The fun they have is unforgettable.
The pride they gain is irreplaceable.
