PIP Festival 2012 - Hotel Information

PLEASE PLEASE use the hotels that help PIPs!
Be sure to say you are with Players in Progress or PIP when you make your reservation.

PARENTS—SPECIAL REQUEST:
Working with the hotels is a VERY important part of the Festival picture. It is IMPORTANT to the success of the Festival that you utilize the hotels supporting PIPs.

***PLEAST NOTE, there are a couple of hotels that were on the list last year that are NOT on the list this year. We realize that one in particular is very convenient and many do like because of the indoor pool. We ask you to please not stay there this year since they are not helping the PIP Festival. We know this is a lot to ask of you who enjoy that hotel, but in order to keep the Festival running we have to have the help of the hotels and if our group does NOT stay in this hotel this year, then we hope they will see us as an asset and work with us again next year. We do NEED YOUR HELP to make this happen. Please stick with this list! If you have questions, call or email the PIP Office. 

Please go by this list. If you have already made reservations at one of these hotels and didn't tell them you are with PIP, please call back and let them know your reservation is with PIPs. Thank you for your help in making the PIP Festival work by using these hotels!
